Hi, I tried to run the code, but I get an MRPT exception: kinect not found. I am trying to run on linux (I did everything as you wrote in the description under the video).
Do you see 3 kinect devices? If so, it’s correct. Whenever I forgot to plug the adapter on the power source, only the motor controller would appear. This is the setup for my working kinect right now:

Also, you should check whether your user is in plugdev and video groups.
Baba I’m working through the same thing and found in the CKinect.h file a comment –
“* To use Kinect for Windows or ASUS/Primesense RGBD cameras, use the class COpenNI2.”
Going to pursue that and see what turns up
