sig abort when deleting a std::vector

I've the same problem described in the following link:

I'm using MRPT-0.9.1 on Ubuntu Lucid and the nvidia pkg I've installed is the nvidia-current (195.36.24-0ubuntu1~10.04).
Does someone know how to work around this?
